Pharmacy Staff Competency Tracker

Welcome

The Pharmacy Staff Competency Tracker helps you record and manage staff competencies across all areas of pharmacy (e.g. Dispensary, Aseptic, Distribution, Clinical).

All data is saved in a single competency tracker file that acts as your database. Simply share the file location with colleagues and open it on any PC — no logins, servers, or complex setup required.

Quick Start

Create a new tracker- pick a template or create your own competency tracker file from scratch.
Open the Tracker- to add your staff and update their progress.
Manage Columns- later if you want to change the competency areas.

Tips

Keep separate files for each area (e.g. Dispensary Competencies.json, Aseptic Competencies.json).
Use Chrome or Edge for the best saving experience (“Save to disk”).
You can always download a backup copy of your file (“Download JSON”).

Behind the scenes

Each competency file contains two parts:

The competency areas you track (the columns in the table).
Your staff list with progress and completion dates.

Tech note: files are saved in JSON format so they can be shared or opened again later.
